NGOs can create an account and submit their organization through the NGO registration process. Once submitted, the information is reviewed and, when approved, the NGO profile becomes available in the Promoted Charity directory.
No. NGOs can create and maintain a basic profile on Promoted Charity at no cost. Any future premium services or promotional features will be clearly identified before an organization chooses to use them.
You will generally need your organization’s name, description, country and location, areas of work, causes, website or contact information, and other relevant organizational details. Additional information may be requested to help maintain an accurate profile.
Yes. Authorized NGO representatives can access their dashboard and update eligible information on their organization’s profile. Changes may be reviewed before appearing publicly.
Approval times may vary depending on the information submitted and the level of review required. We aim to review submissions as promptly as possible. An NGO will only appear publicly once it meets the applicable publication requirements.
An NGO can request verification through its account or the applicable verification process. Promoted Charity may review information such as the organization’s identity, registration details, website, and other reliable sources before awarding a Verified status. Verification is not automatic and does not simply result from having a profile on the platform.

You can search for organizations using the NGO Directory. Browse listings or use filters to narrow your search by country, cause, SDG, location, and other available criteria.
Yes. You can explore NGOs based on the country where they are located or operate. Select a country to discover organizations working within that location.
Yes. Promoted Charity organizes NGOs by areas of focus such as education, healthcare, poverty alleviation, environmental protection, human rights, children and youth, and more.
Yes. You can discover organizations associated with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), making it easier to find NGOs working on specific global development priorities.
Use the available country, region, city, or location filters to narrow your search. Where location information is provided by an NGO, it will be displayed on its profile.
Yes. You can browse multiple NGO profiles and review information such as their mission, causes, location, areas of work, SDGs, website, and available contact information before deciding which organization you would like to learn more about or contact.
Profiles & Listings
An NGO profile can include the organization’s name, logo, description, location, causes, areas of work, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), website, contact information, social links, and other relevant details provided by the organization.
NGOs can be categorized by country, location, cause, area of work, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This makes it easier for visitors to discover organizations based on their interests and needs.
Published NGO profiles are publicly accessible and can be discovered through the Promoted Charity directory, search engines, and relevant category or location pages.
An authorized representative can log into their Promoted Charity account and use their dashboard to update the organization’s available profile information. Changes may be subject to review before they appear publicly.
The Verified badge indicates that Promoted Charity has completed its designated verification process for that organization. Verification does not represent an endorsement of the NGO’s work, nor does it guarantee its performance or outcomes.
If you notice incorrect or outdated information, you can contact us to report it. NGO representatives can also request updates to their profile. Promoted Charity may review reported information and make appropriate corrections or request clarification from the organization.
Accounts & Privacy
No. You can browse and explore NGO profiles on Promoted Charity without creating an account. An account is only required for features such as submitting and managing an NGO profile.
Click Register and provide the required information. Once your account is created, you can access your dashboard and any features available to your account.
After logging in, you can access your NGO Dashboard to manage your organization’s profile, update information, and view available account features.
Log in to your Promoted Charity account and go to your Account Settings. From there, you can update the information that is available for editing.
We take privacy seriously and only collect information needed to provide and improve our services. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not intended to be publicly displayed unless it is part of information you have chosen to publish.
If you would like to delete your account, contact the Promoted Charity support team through our Contact Us page. We may need to verify your request before processing the deletion.
